Friendly Hospitality and Good Food await you at the historic Weaverville Milling Company. This Buncombe county landmark was a working grain mill form 1912 to 1965. Today the "Mill" has a reputation for fine food in a unique historic atmosphere.

A boneless chicken breast, baked in our special plum sauce.

Pan fried white fish with cajun seasoned cornmeal crust.
-Beef Stroganoff-
A classic favorite sauteed tender prime rib, onions, and mushrooms in a traditional stroganoff sauce served over egg noodles.
-Steak Sandwich-
Thinly sliced prime rib of beef served on a house baked roll
with lettuce and mayonnaise.
-Blue Ridge Steak-
A half pound hand trimmed cut rib-eye steak, charbroiled to order.
We can blacken your steak or add caramelized mushrooms and onions for an additional cost
-Vegetable Lasagna-
Thick with an abundance of mozzarella and parmesan cheeses, our vegetable lasagna could make you forget all about the tomato kind
-Chicken Livers-
Pan- fried to a crispy perfection served with sautéed onions.
-Baked Tilapia-
Tilapia filets baked with lemon dill sauce and spices
-Pork Tenderloin with Apple Nut Stuffing-
Our roasted pork loin served atop of our home made apple and nut stuffing and then baked with our special plum sauce
Our Famous Dinners include a choice of Two: garden fresh salad with homemade dressing, vegetable of the day, herbed rice, or potato and fresh-baked rolls.
